Ok, havent journaled in a bit.. a lot going on.. anyway.. as of now i'm up from my low again, but this time not as bad as i was this time last week. my tom seems to finally be starting, so hope i get to drop all this water retention quickly.
today is my little buddy's 4th bday.. :).. and i plan on behaving today.. really would like to get back to my low by the weekend.. and i have 4 weigh ins to do it in... so hope tomorrow i have a good enough drop that i can average out the rest.
My water intake has been awesome these last couple days... so i hope my track record keeps going to show a low weigh in this week.. but for now i'll just be happy to get back to my previously low.
