2 tbs. fine sliced spring onions
2 tbs newnam's own corn salsa

11;00 1/2 MUSCLE MILK PROTEIN
12 GR PROTEIN,110 CALORIES
1/2 bananna. & haandful of strawberries.(in the shake)
