I'm Back after a horriable holiday. I had too much fun and my weight shows it. Started back on track yesterday, and back to the gym today. Started a new health club and hoping it will show better results then being a curves member for three years did. I just let myself go since thanksgiving and it really shows iin how my clothes fit. I feel terriable. But I got to look ahead, and keep my food diary, and drink my 8 glasses of water a day, and keep up with workouts. I quit smoking yesterday, so that is a challege too. Trying to do both at the same time might prove to be my downfall but I am going to try.
