OMG... $VEGAS$ was awesome! I had a great time and LOST 1 pound! NO time to eat or sleep, lots of walking and playing 21! I had a lot of liquor, more than I am used to , but I drank a lot of water too so I felt really good. We ate at the cafe at Luxor and the buffet at MGM Grand, I made good choices but, didnt log my food or count calories..I was way over my RDI but I dont care! We had a great time so I was very hapy to spend time with my school chums and vacation from dieting. Heres to making good choices and having a great time... Happy dieting everyone.
