I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! I know I did! I decided not to journal yesterday to test my self control. I didn't eat a lot at one sitting. I mostly grazed, took small tasters of everything and yes...I did have pie lol. You can't leave grandma's without having at least one of her pies lol.
As expected, I blew up like a balloon from the salt. Luckily, I lost a pound so if I wasn't so puffed up, I probably would have lost more. I definitely need to up my water intake. I've noticed that my skin & heels are extremely dry. I hope thats all that is...
