Yesterday handled some fatty food without gloves, didn't make it to th gym. Had an apple with dinner and a half grapefruit for lunch. Measureed 85g of cooked brocolli. Log says I went over 20 net carbs. Today i'm planning salad with albacore for lunch and turkey forvdinner.
