I just watched this documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead...it was about a couple men who went on this juice diet...they blended fruit veggies together and that was their meals...both had illnesses also that once they got to a healthy weight they nolonger needed meds...it was so inspiring! One of them lost 202 lbs...at the start he couldn't walk for more than 10 mins and after 10 months he was running (both did the juice thing for 60 days)...anyways I really see now that I need to get away from processed foods. If you get a chance to see it (I found it on netflix) take a look. :)
