I am a little frustrated because I know I am making changes but the friggin' scale isn't helping to show it. Sigh.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

I'm having same problem. But my some of my clothes are really loose from working out and losing fat, so I know the scale will eventually catch up. Stay on plan. If you don't see a change in a week or so, you may need to change things up a little. Many things you can do to get the scale moving again.
