Well, it has been a long time since, I have taken a serious interest in managing what I intake. Especially, since I am a type I Diabetic. This time around, I will re-engage in eating proper and of course exercising as well.

My new goal is to drop down to bounce between 190-195 lbs, which I plan to be at by Friday, 06/01/2012.
