Due to the inconsistency if my digital scale I decided to get a mechanical scale and apparently it was off by a few pounds. I just weighed 249.8 on the digital scale, so from now on I'm switching to the mechanical scale as the scale of truth. :(
268.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
