I think I know that guy! ;-) Glad you're well, and personally I agree with Coach "keep your body guessing" Ches.

Weekend was GREAT. I kept a movie theater concession stand, a Taco bell and one Starbucks employee employed for at least one more day.

Thanks T8U9 yes I'm all good thought this might through me off my game plan, but its all good just need to refocus cheated and got on the scale this morning and was only up .4 of a lbs which is astonishing to me, but will see what Friday brings...@Ches - good to see you are doing your part to support the economy, glad you enjoyed your weekend:)

Glad to see you were active enough to stave off SERIOUS damage, @Tbaygirl! @Chesgreen... you're crazy, brother!

I too tangled with the Thanksgiving temptations. Didn't head for Binge City, and only slightly OD'd on cranberry sauce and a few pieces of carrot. My transgression cost me a pound increase and a ketosis change from moderate to trace. After a return to 10g of carbs, by 2:39 p.m. was back to moderate, so hopefully the pound will disappear in a day or so.

don't regret the slips - I'm sure you enjoyed yourself! Sometimes they help our bodies get a new boost. Last weight on is the easiest to get rid of - I'm sure you can do it!
