I’m really sorry to butt in, but not eating at all and only having water can severely damage your health. Your heart is attacked, your other organs too. A human being needs a minimum of 1200 kcal to survive on, to keep their body healthy and alive. That isn’t just me saying, this has been proven over and over again by science. And I’m worried for you, fasting for so many days in a row can actually kill you 😔
