I really should stay off the damn scale for a week. Got back from Vegas, the scale said I was "ok" no loss no gain...and I need to be very happy considering some of the drinking and eating I did. I will follow my diet closely this week, allowing myself to be completely satisfied so that I don't binge on more carbs....Its easy to go over 20 even with 2 cups extra romaine!
