Doing lateral leapfrog squats with Rufus (100lb dog that thinks you're playing with him) - you get a little extra when he's jumping up!

NO water again - stayed over at my sister's last night. Water is not over-rated.

Brought it in the first part of the video - the 2nd part I was struggling. More focused on the body parts being used and focused on tightening them! Sweated BUCKETS!

Supper last night was a large, hot salad - used veggies and fruits from a juicing receipe. Who knew beets were really that good - without anything added to them???? I see a repeater veggie!
