I could have done a lot better yesterday, but all in all it was a good day. Today I started off a little heavy on the carbs, but I will make it up through out the day. We had a nice rain yesterday to end a month without a drop. Everything was getting pretty crusty. I have resolve now when it comes to food. I wont let it rule me. It is not a good thing when all of my thoughts return to "What am I going to have for lunch/dinner?" I have other things that need taken care of. I will stay busy and keep my mind occupied on what is best for me. Tonight is our bowling night. Good exercise!
