In November 15 I was 116kg. By November 16 I was down to 100kg. Now @ Oct 17 I am 108kg. New target is 90kg with emphasis on reducing salt intake. I am targeting myself 80% calorie intake daily.Most of my weight is around the waist which is now 128cm. No specific target in 12 months for my waist but say 100cm in 12 months. Male living in Orewa NZ aged 67. This is my second entry into Fat Secret and feel I can achieve another 18kg drop over 12 months. First few days was a piece of cake which really means nothing ongoing.
