Well you didn't gain it all in a day either. Its going to take time and lots of it. Like I said b4, I've lost 13 lbs since oct. 18. It doesn't seem like much, but its actually normal. Losing weight can be very discouraging. Anyway make sure you get some excercises in. It will really help you out and it takes away stress too :). I'm really happy for you and am glad you stuck to it.
