So, this old fat guy cried tonight.... My oldest son sent me a text, and after reading it, I was a bit misty. After I called him, and hung up the phone, I truly wept. I've pasted the text from our oldest below...
Hey pop, thought of you today when I saw this. It sounds like what you've preached to me and Spencer all of our lives and now it sounds like what you're doing.

Tell me that I can't do it!
Tell me that I shouldn't even try!
Tell me it's impossible!
Tell me the risk is too high, the challenge too much, or the feat too tough!

Keep going poppasan, like you've always told us, it's your decision to fail or win. You've never let us accept failure as an answer so we won't let you. I'm amazed at how you look and what momma C has said about how much more active you've become.
I love you dad, and I'm really happy that you've started loving yourself, I'm proud of you!
It's quite sobering to have your ADULT child tell you that they are proud of you....
