I did good yesterday. I did have a couple of nutrition bars and a TINY bit of ice cream, to stay sane. I stayed within RDI.
Also, I gained a pound since yesterday's incredible new low. This was expected, after a three lbs loss the day before..
I'm journaling from my phone today, hanging with Wife, so this will be short.
