Yup. Definitely disappointed in my weight this morning. The yo-yoing never fails. I'm so bummed. I hate this. One step forward, 10 steps back. That's how it feels, and it really sucks. I feel like I'll never get to my goal weight; just really close. It's a teaser and I hate it. I already workout twice a day. I had two Visalus shakes yesterday (as usual), but I ate an apple snack before dinner, and then ate dinner. I don't know if it was the extra snack, or the dinner (baked chicken dredged in bread crumbs) that did me in. Either way, I'm bummed out. I'll try to do a workout right now, but lemme tell ya....I'm lacking in motivation right now. :(

***MORNING WORKOUT***

2.) Lunch: Visalus Shake (Shake mix, chocolate mix in, almond extract, water, ice)
3.) Dinner: Linguini with Clam Sauce (linguini, white wine, clam juice, chopped clams, baby whole clams, tomato, parsley, spinach, 2 heads of garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic salt)
4.) Dessert: 6 Ready Bake Pillsbury Easter Cookies
5.) Misc.: Smooth Moves Detox Tea
