a couple of days before my period. I can tell because all I want is sweet carbs, nothing else will do. And I feel so lethargic I just want to curl up. I know I will regret these couple of days and I will have a lot of making up to do =(

I have a crazy addiction to chocolate. Try the Atkinds penut butter cups. 2 carbs for 2 peanut butter cups and only 160 calories. They are actually really good and I like them more than the real peanut butter cups!!!

It's weird I'm not usually a sweets and chocolate kinda girl! I haven't seen the peanut butter cups here in the UK, but I'll look out for them... Thanks!
