I done good with food today...but exercise went missin' for no reesin'!Meals:
Breakfast: atkins bar (2c) and coffee with cream and 3 spelnda (3c)
Lunch: coffee with cream and 3 splenda (3c) and a salad with ranch (2c), veggies including peppers, roasted squash, olives, lettuce, etc.
Dinner: Cooked another batch of fun, colorful, and very tasty asian food today (I guess this'll work well to substitute for the Chinese kick!)
Asian Broccoli Stir fry (sesame oil, Garlic, ginger, broccoli, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and splenda) (
no carbs except for the brocolli)+
Lemongrass tofu with ginger and garlic (with sriracha, soy sauce, and oyster sauce mix, sesame oil, and basil) (2c in tofu)
Total: 12 carbs + additional for the veggies in salad and broccoli
