I ate a disgusting amount of sugar on my 18 miler this AM and I feel sick and gross. I consumed probably 40 oz of water on the run and ate at least a pound of oatmeal mess for breakfast and still lost 4 pounds on this run. I was 156 pre-run and 152 post-run. Insanity.
