Traveled this week and did a 3 day fast, then had a nice meal on Tuesday, then fasted again for Wed,. I think I will breaking this 40 hour fast with my family for my birthday. Extended fasting happens to be the mental game. There are times I am up for it and others I am unable to make it. It is good this week. Gout is still an issue but baking soda is helping. Only bad thing on baking soda is that I have to be close by to a bathroom.
