I don't like how I can't keep track of my mileage here. Oh well. Here's the workout I did on the treadmill today. It's a modified couch to 5k workout:

walk 4 minutes
run 1.5 minutes
walk 1.5 minutes
run 3 minutes
walk 2 minutes
run 3 minutes
walk 2 minutes
run 3 minutes
walk 2 minutes
run 5 minutes
walk 3 minutes

= 2.25 miles, 30 minutes
