I must be the only person in the universe that can gain 3kg in 2days and all I ate was cake , chocolate and popcorn . Not the whole cake , just a dam slice . I hate PCOS. I hate being fat . I just hate hate hate. Not a good Monday for me!!!

Hang in there, I might be water weight, I know when I eat carbs I swell up like a balloon and it takes me a few days to recover.

why eat junk food : Ive been a junk food junckie for 30 years I cant just give up over night. Im trying my best cause i really want to get under a 100kg but sometimes the craving over take me like a demon.

To Buhanov --- Food can be a drug just like any other substance - and quitting is very hard, I believe food is the most addictive drug there is, when you drive down the street you pass so many fast food places and convenient stores where food is readily available. And the worst part of it is, it is not illegal and not frowned upon when someone buys food. For us who are so much overweight - quitting cold turkey is easier said than done. We are here for support and if you slam someone for being honest you are causing that person to not open up and send them back to keeping everything bottled up. We are here to support and motivate not hate. Yodan4 --- Don't let anyone put you down, I know the struggle and the ups and downs, there are so may here to support you.

so if a person consumes drugs shall we support him/her too? 144kilo is a way too much. stop doing drugs or at least replace cakes with oats.

Well with support like yours will drive people to drugs. You will never be able to understand the struggle. Yodan4 is trying to make a change and you are being mean. Mean people like you are one of the reasons people like us are where we are. You don’t know why the weight piled on, so just don’t.

Hi Guys just a thought for every 1 gram of carbs you eat your body store 2 grams of water...

daedt, I've been 102kg 3 years ago and that was Ugly. I lost 29kg of fat by May 2017 and gained 5kg of muscle after starting visiting gym. if drugs is the only way you feel people can loose weight - this is wrong. if someone feels that he/she needs to get rid of 60-80kg to get body healthier - that person should stop eating junk. It is not about water going in and out, this is not about doing drugs or supporting in a way 'no, you are just 100+, this is oooukaaaay, eat a sandwitch, pumpkin'. this is about helping getting rid of junk food from menu and consulting a doctor if a person is addicted. the first step was to understand overweight, the second is to realize that you need to stop doing 'drugs'.

Carike23, popcorn, chokolate and cakes are not just about carbs. this menu demonstrates significant lack of proteine and overdose of fat + too much of insuline due to consumption of fast carbs (sugar). take a look at Author's changes in weight and you won't find any progress for the past several month.

Bahanov – I am sure it wasn’t easy for you to lose the 29kg over 3 years – all of us here is here because we know we need help and we are looking for help and motivation and support and you are breaking people down for not being in the same mind set as you. Rather be understanding and supportive that mean. “if drugs is the only way you feel people can lose weight - this is wrong” – I strongly believe that one doesn’t need to take drugs to lose weight. Go back and read my comment again. I say again – you can’t imagine what another person feels and the reasons why they are the way they are. Do you have any idea why even I am here and why I am the way I am… it will give you nightmares if I should tell you. If you can’t say something nice keep your opinions to yourself. Rather help!!

daaedt, I agree that people don't want to know why someone is here. neither noone is willing to chew someone's snots, telling 'I'm fat and the matter are those nasty junkfood produsers/distributers, not my addiction and lack of will'. good luck! what you said is 'with support like yours will drive people to drugs'. what I've told is that if a person is addicted he/she needs to consult a doctor. i'm glad you agree that drugs do not help and are not worth of it to start doing them.

Bahanov – Speaking from experience now: I always kept my feelings bottled up and that was my downfall, every time I started to open up so someone I would be slammed by them like you did today and that make me keep my emotions even deeper inside. I have learned to let go of that and now I speak my mind. No one will break my spirit and drag me down again. I know how it feels and I want to help people… don’t make it harder for people to open up. And I agree with you about the doctor but if slam a person in need of help instead of assisting you will make it worse. Be nice and help rather.

Yodan I've lost over 35kg without giving up cakes, burgers, pizza, pasta, chips, etc. The 3kg gain is alot to do with water. When you consume carbs, the body converts and stores those carbs as glycogen. For every 1g of glycogen, the body stores about 3g of water with it which is why people see a huge gain on the scale after a day of eating lots of carbs. You don't have to give up junkfood to lose weight/fat. I found that I can eat junkfoods on the weekend and offset that by eating according to my plan during the week. Wow ,if 2.7kg gain is causing this much Hype , imagen what my 40kg drop is going to do !!!!! Thank you for all your comments . Even the negative ones . I appreciate people who speak their minds respectfully .

Yodan4, I'm sorry, if you have thought my comment was a negative one. I had just asked a question. may be my English is not that good. It would be good if you'd admit, that you actually need to loose much more than just 40kg. I try to be supportive and the number of my followers acknowledges it. Good luck! and try avoiding whatever is not healthy, including cakes and POPS, that you actually hate. Once you follow a route of helthy food and once it becomes your typical choose, you will start loosing weight faster. If it though would not help, please feel free to ask for an advise.

Good luck Yodan. PCOS is a pain in the chubby arse. I have it too. I'm still struggling. I don't eat a lot or super unhealthy so it's hard and slow. I'm loosing weight slowly and I'm not only dieting but using the excerise bike everyday. Good luck x
