OK So I suck at remembering to journal lol. At least I'm still kicking the sugar drinks. I'm beginning to not miss them at all!
322.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 162.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 March 2010:
1499 kcal Fat: 43.75g | Prot: 135.82g | Carb: 135.22g.   Breakfast: coffee, milk, honey nut cheerios. Lunch: mild cheddar cheese, diced chicken, tyson, Wheat wrap, hidden valley ranch, lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Cottage Cheese. Dinner: french green beans, stove top, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: Kellogs Vanilla, Dannon Yogurt Blueberry Light 'N Fit. more...

I suck at doing journal as well! Good job for kicking the sugary drinks, I can't give up diet coke just yet though... I tried... It tastes so good!!

Replacing sugary drinks & soda can be hard but don't give up! Start watering them down, it helps more than you'd think. Good luck! ; )
