So it looks like this is shaping up to be another tricky week, diet AND schedule-wise. Since I'm leaving Job B, Job A decided to start me on my new availability this week, instead of next week, when I actually start Job C, which will result in 14 hour shifts and whatnot. Oy. I have to miss my friendiversary, it's my best friend's birthday which has it's own stresses and I think I have a bug.

Diet-wise, this'll be tough, but I think I've done ok so far...yesterday was Purim (kind of a Jewish Halloween, for those who don't know) where you're judged and tsked by 300 year old Jewish grandmothers if you don't eat these special cookies.(boo) I was good and limited myself to only 2 hamantaschen.(hurray) My dad wanted to take me to breakfast before the service so we went to McDonalds (boo) but instead of Old Me ordering 2 hashbrowns, New Me only ordered 1 (hurray). I went out for dinner last night for my best friend's birthday at our favorite bar/pub, got fish and chips, lots of ketchup but no appetizer and no dessert, which was kinda good. Her birthday party is Sat night and I can tell you right now that I will try to be responsible but I will NOT be keeping a food or drink journal that night. I'll eat what's there and I"m gonna be drinking.
