Christmas was a pretty good day - I wasn't trying to be perfect, but I wasn't letting it all go, either. Now that Christmas is over, I can really get to work on my diet.

I've been making a real effort to eat regular meals instead of one huge meal a day, and it seems to be working well. Breakfast is still not my favorite meal of the day, but I'm working on it. The next thing that I need to focus on is my food journal.

A slice of whole grain or sour dough toast with peanut butter or a lite yogurt can be your "breakfast". Find something that is appealing for you! :)
