Great! I think the daily posting of our weights causes (me, anyway) and emotional roller coaster. I weigh daily but don't post if it shows a gain, UNLESS I can't get rid of that gain in 2 or 3 days. When I see the uptick in weight it motivates me to take it off as quickly as possible. You are ahead of me in the no processed food challenge!
