YaY , I drop 1.2kg ,finally a movement. I started Boxing glass at gym. going to keep to it. The advise I need today is. What is better to watch carbs or cal. because today Im eating little cal but I'm over 20g on carbs. Is been printed in my head that carbs is poison but this that I can having cant be that bad can it. Maybe I should leave the shake the milk has a lot of cabs but then again I need the diary . This is now if you are trying to be your own dietitian.. Happy Thursday All

Well done on your 1.2kg, you need to check your calorie intake (if you consume less energy than what your body needs your body will still need X amount of energy and will use the stored energy (fat) to fill the daily quota that is needed). But also need to get enough protein for your weight. Healthy Carbs is ok as long as you stay under your RDI for calories.

It depends on what lifestyle you are following. If you follow low carb eating then you need to keep carbs less than 50g and some people keep to less than 20g. Those carb sources are important since u get good carbs and bad carbs. The good carbs are from your veggies and whole foods. Bad carbs are from sugar, junkfood, etc. That said, you need to also ensure you eat enough protein and stay under your RDI.
