Still pretty easy as long as I have a bowl of the soup with lunch and dinner. If I skip it I tend to get 'hungry' altho I'm not sure if its real hunger or my body craving something I'm not aware of. I'm still trying to stay away from dairy. I breath a lot better when I do. Am I developing an allery to dairy in my old age? LOL
