Thanks, again. I just couldn't do it at this time right after the fast. Don't know why. I think I'm cutting out too many things, no processed food, no sugar, no carbs, no dairy... and I do start to feel misarable, especially when I don't see immediate result. So, I decided, for two days (yesterday and today) I'm going to take a short break/vacation from "dieting" and just eat without measuring and logging in. At least I'm TRYING not to feel guilty or like a failure. Just eat (something carby) and be merry :) I know I'm going to see it tomorrow but that's something I will have to deal with later. I do stick with my workout, at least. Que sera sera!
