It's been a rough couple weeks emotionally. While I have not recorded my food, I am confident that I stayed 100% within my allowed calories. I had a good loss this week, so that gives me confidence that I now know how to live a healthy life style.
The next 2 weeks are again a mixed bag of things that will mess up my normal routine. Going to try to stay on track and look forward to when we are back to normal. I don't think I should abandon my food diary. Recording food keeps me honest and makes me think about everything I eat.
Past history shows that I have often failed at weight loss and I have ALWAYS failed at maintenance. As maintenance looms right around the corner, I need to stay vigilant.
Huge step yesterday! Donated all of our bigger clothes to charity. For me, anything bigger than an 8 was donated. I donated a range of sizes from 10 to 20. Replacing that clothing would cost a fortune. It felt liberating but worrisome at the same time.
