My trainer has decided to start me on carb cycling. Something I have tried myself and failed. So I am going to give it a bash and hope it works.
Day 1 today of no carbs.... its going to be a long day lol

Excellent decision Kimmy! All the best with it. I sort of do it unintentionally because of how I structured my week previously. I think it has played a good role in my progress.

What is your goal? I'm doing LCHF and have been learning about carb cycling lately. I do cardio and strength training six days a week and would like to get leaner and toner.

Thsiun my goal now is to tone up. I have already lost a lot of weight so I am not worried about the scale going to focus on measurements for now.
