Took a day off from the gym yesterday and tried not to capture what I ate. However, it seems that my new lifestyle and habits still had me watch what I ate as well as write it down. I'm liking this new lifestyle and will be exporting this methodology to other parts of my life. I love this community with everyone being so supportive. Have a great week everyone.
