Tonight....for no good reason..I just keep eating everything. I was just so angry at myself. Then I decided to log in here and I had a nice message from my friend Lara and BAM it knocked sense back into me and I am committed to getting right back on track. This site is great and the support is great. Thanks. Now....I just gotta figure out how it started so it doesn't happen again!
