Well no, actually. Since I don't really have to lose anything now and have been at least doing some cardio, it's really not that bad at all.
The first week I was pretty sore, but have got progressively better. The cardio days are pretty easy, tonight I do Kenpo for an hour.
Really the worst part about it is carving out the time. The workouts are an hour and a half to an hour. It doesn't seem like a huge bit, but carving that out 6 days a week gets to be a pain.
Plus, I still like to take my dogs for their 2 milers when I can and there's more time.

That's awesome!! Gives some of us hope that it can be done!! Maybe I'll tackle it this summer when I have more time (gotta love having summers off!!) - nice work - thanks for the update!
