Had a great night last night...I walked for 1 hour and 20 minutes...I was feeling so good I lost track of time...and then went in and did some crunches and worked the lower limbs with my roomie...lets see if I can keep this up. Only thing the scale just isn't moving-that's a lil frustrating.
