Bacon makes EVERYTHING Keto! Rode the facility's recumbent elliptical for the first time "for realsies". The one I just lost enough weight to be under its capacity. Found a less painful, more ergonomic way to push the peddles with my bent and bowed legs. Just imagine this little guy on a recumbent elliptical machine. Seriously. EXACTLY what my "form" is. Broke into a sweat immediately though, so well worth the trouble. I was planning to take my usual 8-hour break from food after b-fast and only have a little coconut/MCT oil, but today they had an unusually large & very cheese-covered salad. Would have skipped the carby tomato, but the addition of a heap of left-over bacon from breakfast made it impossible to resist. Bacon makes EVERYTHING Keto! Kept doing a variety of exercises all day and put off eating. Now its after 8pm and I still haven't had the laboriously washed pulled pork. So it turned out that I didn't eat for 8hrs after all. Actually not that hungry at this point. I'll have to try a Coconut/MCT oil-only "fast" sometime, as the CocoMCT oil really help cravings while also boosting both physical & mental energy a bit. Thanks for all the inspiration, ideas, and support!
