1936 kcal Fat: 159.14g | Prot: 103.67g | Carb: 26.50g.   Breakfast: torani sugar free, american single, bacon grease, coffee, coconut oil, egg, bacon, heavy cream. Lunch: butter, sweet n low, cream cheese, Baker's, Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter, Big Bleu Cheese Dressing & Dip, salad, cornish hen. Dinner: coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream, torani sugar free, coconut oil, Noodleless Lasagna (only one I could find, did not use jar sauce, made home made). more...
