I've been solid and fantastic with my eating for a week and one day now. I've lost 9 pounds in eight days. I'm extremely motivated and encouraged by myself to lose this weight. I aboslutely won't give into eating bad or more than I'm suppose to. I jog one mile on the tredmill a day, then do floor workouts. So far, it's proven effective. (:
