Hello---remember me, the Procrastinator (?). The one that is on the roller coaster that I love with food and now after a tearful attack from hubby last night, I am back.

Why? I like the abuse of putting my life on line and keeping track of how my roller coaster weight is affecting EVERYONE's life, no take that back---every man's life that I have in my family---Uncle, Dad and Hubby! I love them all but they all have no room to talk! All over weight. Yeah, dad is borderline heavy, Hubby is 26+ over and Uncle is 100+ over. So where do they get off talking about me. I do not have diabetes, can walk and keep up with my daughter, but lets face it, I am not as beautiful as he wants.

So more beating myself up, here we go again. No bread or potatoes which are a weakness--especially when you walk near a bakery and they just take it out of the oven and when you get home it is sitting on your counter and you do not remember grabbing it. then with in 24 hours that loaf of french bread that you put butter on is gone and the scale proves that you did eat it!! Or the Chili covered baked potato that you had two nights ago, well that is the end. We are moving back home in about 12-14 weeks, I am looking at 5# a week hopefully so that gives me 50# gone! So here we go.....Notebook is out to keep track of everything and then no computer until 7pm, after the wifely duties of the house are done. So good bye until then.

:P remembering all the recipies that I love doing this, menu is being planned right now too.

If your going to lose weight, do it for no one other than yourself and your daughter. If you try to do it for the sake of someone else, it doesn't work. Be the best you can be. You want to look and feel good for yourself, your health and self confidence. Do not listen to anyone else who will bring you down. You deserve the best. Take care!!

Thanks. My daughter asked me why I was having "that green stuff instead of what she was having..." I told her that when she gets older she needs different foods to make her strong and happy. she replied, "mommy you do not need food to make you happy, you got me" she is 5. Gotta love that, she is my reason. Thank you
