Giving myself permission to take a day of rest... my body needs it 4 miles every day before breakfast. I don't think one day off is'z gonna hurt. Have just been so busy the last couple of days.Paying things off, fixing my Jeep and Buying a New Car has me rushing around before work. Need to slow down just a bit.
