Had a little trouble right off the bat - went to get coffee, then saw the plate of awesome looking Christmas cookies right next to it. Ate a homemade girl scout cookie thing and peanut butter cup wrapped in peanut butter cookie. Both very reminiscent of my mom's amazing Christmas offerings. So, opted to not have cup of yogurt as planned. Cookies for breakfast: the start of any healthy day.
