i have given up bad boy carbs and i check the carbs on anything and everything i eat.
no potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, gas cooldrinks, sweets. luckily i found smartbite at clicks and that is a good snack. i eat between 40 and 60 carbs a day and i can made the best sauce for my patties last night without using any flour. flour is also a bad boy carb.
i am eating well and clean, just struggling with the amount of water i have to drink every day.

my snacks for today : nuts and biltong.

supper will be a nice bolognaisse with zucchini noodles.

lunch : smoked chicken with some mushrooms

good food, im not starving myself. and i can feel my clothes fit better. i think im doing good so far as my craving for bread has gone down a lot
