Menurut kalkulator ini, untukku yg "slightly active" kalori per hari untuk lose weight 1551 kal/hari, kalau mau lebih cepat 1163 kal/hari. Jadi, sebenernya makannya ga harus kurang dari 1000 kal/hari ya.. #NTMS #sumber:www.healthline.com
