I have actually been on Medifast since March 13th but didn't know how to change my diet on fatsecret until today (3/19)...So for the record, My official starting weight was 287.6 beginning on March 13th and tomorrow will be a full 7 days! I have already lost 7.5 lbs, and I exercised for 30 mins today so we'll see where I'm at tomorrow morning because that will be my first week marker!
