This is how I know I am ready to get back on the beam: today a coworker brought in a huge homemade NY style cheesecake with cherry topping, and I am totally disgusted by it. LOL!! I feel so out of sorts from the sugar and carbs I had over the last few days, and I didn't even come anywhere close to eating the way I used to. Just a few poor choices and the way I feel this morning is enough to get me right back on track!!

Lisa, I've had the same thing happen to me. I planned on gutting it up huge for St. Patty's -- I went over my RDI, but was still at a net loss with my exercise for the day. I tried and tried to over eat, but my stomach just won't let me anymore. Which is a good thing!
