Hello FS family, I've started my day right with a veggie and fruit smoothie. Most important; drank 16 oz. H2O

I hate drinking water every day. I started with a water bottle and it helps - just kind of sip all day. Gotta di it!

The interesting thing is that once your body gets use to that 64oz+ of water every day? You notice if you haven't has enough, either because you're headachey, or less energetic. (or in my case Charly-horses in the legs) Keep it up!

@goingforit2016 drinking coffee was my to go drink every time, I get it, but soon I found myself in a caffeine intoxication state (no fun); breathlessness, chest pain, heart palpitations, and insomnia. I mean I was the java queen. I consumed literally thousands of milligrams of caffeine per day. I refused to let it consume my brain and body an longer. Today, I am relieved of that type of control to body and brain. The only high I need today is the high I get from being a healthy person. Unfortunately that has been part of my journey. I've redirected that negative into a positive!😉🍒
